Aibrid LLC, a Limited Liability Company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, Delaware File No. 10760893, with registered office at 8 The Green, Suite G, Dover, DE 19901, USA, operating under the brand Aibrid Agency ("we").

Data you send us through the "Candidati" (Apply) form: name, email, brand name or handle, description of your project and, if you choose to provide them, links to your social profiles, audience size and main goal. Please do not include information that is not needed for the application.

Technical submission data, used only to prevent spam and abuse of the form: country of origin (derived from our infrastructure), browser type (user agent) and a cryptographic fingerprint of the IP address, computed with a secret key. The IP address is not stored in clear text.

Browsing: the website uses no cookies and no analytics, advertising or profiling tools, and the fonts are served from our own domain. As with any website, our hosting infrastructure processes the technical data needed to deliver the pages and to protect them from cyber attacks (for example the IP address of the request).

• To assess your application and get back to you: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To protect the form and the website from spam, abuse and attacks: our legitimate interest in the security of the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data to send you promotional communications, we do not sell it and we do not make decisions based solely on automated processing.

Providing your data is optional, but the mandatory fields of the form are necessary to assess the application: without them we cannot follow it up. The form is reserved for persons of legal age.

• Technical submission data (country, IP address fingerprint and user agent): kept for 30 days from submission and then deleted automatically.
• Application data: kept for no longer than 24 months from submission, even if the application was not followed up, and then deleted automatically.

Deletion is carried out by an automated clean-up that runs every day.

You can ask us to delete it earlier at any time.

• Our authorized staff, bound by confidentiality.
• Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the website and the form's database and processes the data on our behalf as a processor. The applications database is hosted in data centers in Western Europe.
• Google (Google Workspace service), which provides the email service we use to handle the emails you send us and to get back to you, and processes the data on our behalf as a processor.

We do not disclose your data to third parties for their own purposes.

Aibrid LLC is based in the United States, and Cloudflare and Google are also U.S. companies: the data may therefore also be processed in the United States. Where this constitutes a transfer within the meaning of the GDPR, it takes place on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR), for certified providers, or of the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).

At any time you can ask us for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Articles 15–22 GDPR). Write to [email protected]: we will reply within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of the European Union country where you live or work.
